Re: Truckies not happy with livestock rail subsidies

Well, NRC move cattle wagons around Alice occasionally
including the AN double deckers.
Facetious mode ON:- (Anyone know if they are running
double deck cattle wagons on Queensland Rail yet.?)

I have not been out to Roe Creek for years, will have
to go look and sniff out. :)
Keep in mind that Roe Creek is not the only cattle
loading point on the TAS.
I will get back on this one.

As for cattle movements, yes the live export trade from
Darwin is booming, so much so that cattle are coming
into the Northern Territory from Qld and SA.
They are triple-trailered double-decked to the Top End
in quick smart time.!

BUT, the Cattle Stations are getting top prices down
South as well, not all cattle are going North.
