I also would hate to have anything to do with industrial relations in SRA.
But the Subject of this thread is "Spying on staff" and this incident is is
obviously NOT covert or secret and is therefore not spying regardless of any
industrial agreement.  What was 'private' about this driver crossing a
track?  How exactly was their privacy invaded?

If it is a matter of a breach of an IR agreement then call it that.  Don't
inflame it by using such terms as "Spying" and "Invasion of Privacy"

As for pulling funding from 3801, that would not affect me in the slightest.

All you can do to me is have the trains delayed, or not stop at the
scheduled stations or not run at all and then I would be inconvenienced.

Oh dear, I forgot, you do that to me all the time now.
