What about those going to Parliament, which is used by many working in
public service.

I have nothing against providing services to the public, provide there
is sufficient demand for them.  As indicated before, obviously there
isn't sufficient demand for City Circle trains, otherwise the Government
would not have removed them and replaced by City Circle trams.
