"They will only do it once ..." Dave, I wish I am as optimistic as you,
but from my experience, it does not happen. When comes to public
transport, it is a totally different ball game. For example, there are
those who constantly whinge about missing their train because of a long
queue at booking office windows during morning peak. I have told them
time and time again that why don't they prepurchase ticket for next
trip(s) on their way home? Also there is a particular customer who
constantly putting $2 coin in the debit card slot - even when there is a
label clearly marked for debit cards only!! Luckily I am fully prepared
and always fish out his $2 "donation" at first opportunity.
