I think Paul may be confused with Museums Australia's accreditation
program which has nothing to do with rail safety. The Ballarat Tramway
Museum was one of the first museums to achieve museum accreditation.
AFAIK all tourist railways achieved rail safety accreditation at about
the same time as it was required for operation. If people here are
wondering what this museum accreditation program is, then here is a link
