To quote Mr Kerrigan from the film the Castle - "they're dreaming".  The
only thing Glenelg Shire Council's report will do, is to give more
impetus for the state government to get their butt into gear and start
on the standardisation of Victoria's BG country freight lines. I can't
see Mildura getting SG; not if a passenger service is likely to make a
return there.

Anyway, have a read of the article.  There's a lot of info there, unlike
the usual ABC 'paragraph summary' of all the issues.
