Yeah...but how? build dual gauge would cause trains to slow down, you
might need to build BG line right beside SG line. Or extend the
Warrnambool line to Portland via Port Fairy and Heywood. And would this
makes WCR extend its service to Portland?

That fast? I assume this didn't include those close branches line Mt
Gambier line and Cobram line.

Or reopen the BG Ararat-Ballarat line ??? wouldn't this be cheaper and
would benifit passenger traffic as well?
