46 Class Depot

To all Ausrailers

I'm asking all about a locomotive depot in Lithgow. I'm looking to see
where I can find the Locomotive Depot that has the retired range of 46
Class locomotives there.
Specifically I would like the name of the depot, where abouts it's
located, how I can get there (And throw in how I can get there by train)

Is this depot on the land of the famous coal mine there?
