That sounds a little harsh. A physical disability, even if
it 'confines' the person to a wheelchair, obviously does not
neccessarily impact upon the mental capacity of the person. I am quite
sure Prof Stephen Hawkings would give everyone a run for their money in
the intelligence stakes!
