Oh yes! that many on the day. I should clearify I saw altogether around
20 freight trains that day, not just one way. We met 3 at Summit Tank,
3 before the single track section west of Dombarton, 1 at Mt Murray and
3 at Roberston on the way up. I'll have to search my diary for more
detail but interesting enough I was surprised to see NR's train on this
route. I though NR banned all their trains running on this line after
the derailment last year?
