There were two at Blacktown the other day. They didn't seem to be
doing too much work - just walking around with a plastic bag, claws
for picking up rubbish, smoking in public view (I had a go at him for
this) and having a chat to the SA's wherever possible.
The ones at Central seem to do more work.
