The "Projects" section gives a tantalising view of what's to come including
an extension to "Knox Hill" (wherever that is), and an "extenuation" of the
Port Melbourne line. According to
http://www.dictionary.com/cgi-bin/dict.pl?term=extenuation, an extenuation
is "A partial excuse"...

Hmmm, do they know something we don't :-)
