(NSW): Olympic Timetable

Is it my imagination, or are the suburban timetables really slow?

On the Illawarra, train are arriving early and have to wait time.
There are certainly not "speeding" between stations, just dawdling, even
on "express" runs.

Also, d/e 8157 has been noted on stand-by, fully manned, in the Goods
Siding at Hurstville, just in case!   Where else are units on standby,
and what are their road numbers?
