[NSW] Internal contradictions?

International Terminal station is situated on the Airport Line

International Terminal is attended by station staff.

International Terminal station is Wheelchair Accessible. The station is
not staffed from the first train service to the last train service.
Assistance from a friend or carer may be required after station hours.
Contact the station on 8337 8460 for further information.


..."Internation T is attended by station staff"..."the station is not
staffed from the first to last train"...

One says it's "attended by station staff", the other says "it's not
staffed".

What's the whole difference? All of the airport line stations say
they're not staffed from first to last train, does that make that a UA
(unattended platform)?
