There are many stations that are not staffed from first to last train that
are wheelchair accessible. On the new maps, a wheelchair symbol with a blue
background indicates a station staffed from first to last train (mainly 24
hour stations). Stations which are not staffed from first to last train are
indicated with a wheelchair symbol with a white background, blue chair. This
is different to an unattended station which is never staffed.
