The entire fleet of K sets are also fully air conditioned. However only
a handful have fully sealed windows (i.e. one pane, not the stupid glued
ones).

C sets are simply, K sets that use chopper controls instead of (is it
camshaft?). The distinction between a C and K set is that C sets have
blue target plates (Flemington) and K sets have black target plates
(Hornsby)
