Possible reasons include

1.    Toll now run their own trains (hauled by ASR)
2.    SCT now run their own trains (hauled by ASR)
3.    Patricks now run their own train (hauled by ASR)

The freight forwarder don't want to be caught with all their eggs in one
basket (ie NRC) only to find it's purchased by a competitor.
