Sounds good to me.  Either that or CLEARLY mark the inside of the door to
warn people that in the event of a fire they should not attempt to open this
door but should wait until someone comes up with an evacuation plan...

Whatever way you cut it, 1000 live slightly cranky passengers are better
than 1 slightly dead one any day.
