Legally, he can't be held accountable if he has not signed for it as being
received.   At Mortdale, the only WNs I see are inside the office behind the
booker on, near the Supervisor.   If you sign on at the window, you can't
even see them, let alone obtain a copy.   I usually get my copy of the WN if
I happen to work a train to Waterfall or Cronulla, and have enough time to
go inside.

I would prefer to see an abridged version of the Weekly Notice produced with
drivers in mind.  Perusing Weekly Notice 38 (an 8 page booklet), I found
only 3 lines on page 3 to be relevant to me.  The rest is just crap to fill
it out and make it look bigger.
