Depends.....West Coast Railway is a very successful privatised local
company.

GSR made public aware of their train services, position themself as
upper class travel as well as reduce the lost.

FA reopen Bairnsdale line, made profit.
Connex train/Yarra trams upgrade and update the rollignstocks.

Not really, ATN is in trouble(due to its parent company mismanagement
in New Zealand and UK) and ASR didn't live up to everyone's
expectation.
