CountryLink to Bathurst/Lithgow ex Penrith (was something about cab rides)

| CityRail fares to Lithgow are $4.90 SGL,   $9.80 RTN and $3.30 Off Peak

I also checked the Bathurst fare from Penrith ($28.60 Y, $38.50 F, both
SGL). I also noted that the travel time for WT27 is 2.46 hrs and for a
CityRail train to Lithgow and coach to Bathurst is 2.56hrs with a 10 minute
change at Lithgow, making it the same actual travel time as WT27.
