I seem to remember being blasted in here for complaining about them not
retrofitting A/C to the early K-sets about two years ago - was told Sydney
is not that bad, that A/C is not essential (glad to see SillyRail eventually
changed their mind).

What is the expected lifespan of the S sets? Would it be cost-effective to
air-condition the cabs?
