So would the bureaucrats. Imagine how much extra money can be made on
the fueling of 160 extra trucks. The tyre companies will also cash in on
this bonanza. 

Rail on the other hand is only environmentally friendly. Nothing the
bureaucrats up in Canberra would want. After all, they can only see up
to the next election.
