Yes, it is. How was the road? I tried to get out there 3 years ago, but
the road was simply too boggy and pot holed. The correct road can be
followed by close inspection of the signs at the several road junctions
on the way out. Out of memory, there is a sign marking the site of
Deanes Siding.

Finally, one realises that one is on the old Newnes Railway formation.
Driving access is no longer possible right to the Main Glowworm Tunnel,
but it is only a km or so from the carpark, which is close to the first
of the big washaways that block the way.
