The 3'6" railway was built many years ago and relatively recently restored.

It is operating.  When I was there in April, the gun was being sand blasted
for painting so the railway operation was temporarily suspended.

It runs from the back of the settlement past the airport and old Army
warehouses to the gun, with a large triangle terminating at Kingston
Barracks - a bit short of the jetty it originally serviced.
