It was heading towards all that commercial in cofidence crap, but after
Ararat they work out you still need to make all information open so any
train operator has access.  Yes they make less Weekly Notices,
signalling diagrams these days but you can still get access to them.  (I
am sure VicTrack will sell you Weekly Notices at a price).
