I think that the contact has a significantly higher mv/A.m figure than
ordinary copper wire of the same cross-section. I can't remember the
name of the wire above the contact (feeder/caternary?) in the 1500v
system, but that is the cable you would be wanting to look at for
voltage drop. Mid-span feeders may have to be taken into account as well
(smaller x-section)

AS3008 will tell you all... :-)
