I've seen all sorts of rail-wheel equiped earth moving machinery, I have a
photo of a back-hoe excavator at Wentworth Park sitting on small Hydralicly
lifted rail wheels, and have seen all manner of other machines. This is the
first time ive seen a semi prime mover turned into a locomotive. (VLine's
RTL was built for the job, not hacked out of some thing else. Granted the
chassis was designed for something else, but it left the factory as an RTL)

All the other equipment has had rail wheels fitted to allow them to reach
their worksites. The RTL is a locomotive, its not a machine modified just to
allow it to get to its worksite like the others.
