The 2100's (cousin to the X) might certainly be a prospect, with rebuilding,
maybe a reasonable stop gap flett of power could be had for not a bank
breaking amount. Withthe current Dollar , new power might not be the best
option ...so maybe a rebuild of say a dozen of these beasts might prove
attractive...and one of the few real options.
