[VIC] Another idea for a tour

If you look at the timetable for the Bendigo Easter fair, it arrives in
Bendigo at 1120 and it leaves for Melbourne at 1700. As these are both
80kph paths, is it possible to run a tour with the wooden cars to a
destination like Boort? As this destination isn't that interesting,
maybe a Freight Australia A or X class could be used. As these locos
aren't likely to be preserved in the future, any tour that uses them
should be reasonably popular.
