Yes (if one takes a very slight liberty with the wording of the SWU).

Actually Accept signals are an interesting breed, largely unique to NSW.
Victoria has "controlled automatics" in some contexts similar to the NSW
usage of Accepts, but certainly not uniformly so. Other systems tend not
to have them at all (with exceptions in specific instances). There must
be some deep history somewhere as to exactly how the NSW usage did
develop, probably when Mr Byles was in charge.
