Re: [NSW] V67

What if a V set is going north? Does that mean that the east-west lights are
going north-south 8-| now?

Good hijack attempt btw Michael.......I'll bring a V set with me next time
I'm down there and change the gauge and drive it around the City Loop.

| Hi,
|
| as far as I know, all V set cars have east-west lighting in the "Melbourne
| Zone" (i.e. single deck section). Up/downstairs have the north south
| lighting in the newer cars, and east-west lighting in the blue goose cars.
|
| I *might* be wrong on the "Melbourne Zone" though. As a matter of
| perspective (okay, it's a topic hijack) the Hitachi's have north-south
| lighting, and the Comengs, which came later, have east-west lighting.
| Harris cars also started out with north-south lighting, and when converted
| to grey ghost sets & interurban H cars, they got the same east-west
| lighting as the Comengs. Internally, the 4D is cosmetically identical to
| the Tangara (okay okay, except for the 2x2 seating downstairs).
|
| Regards
|
| Michael
