Passenger services are not for sale ,its only the freight arm of Westrail,very 
similar to the Vline sale to FA.
In the case of AN and Vline freight,the value of the assett is no more than 
what is bid,and in both cases the highest bids were accepted.
I cant see how anyone can argue that the assetts were given away.
