Tonight I travelled on set K63 (4-car), carrriage C3556 and I'd have to say now
it is my favourite suburban car on the system! High backed seats, quiet and
working aircon, good suspension, smooth acceleration (almost like a chopper
without the whine), incredibly quiet inside (little track noise), and a
perfectly working PA system, as well as not a single hint of grafitti except
for the scrubbed out splotches on the vestibule floor. Not surprising though, I
think it was one of the original a/c semi-interurbans used on Shore services to
Gosford before the G sets came in.
