Spencer St No. 1 Box has 2 terminals, one for System 'A', which the
Signaller uses to transmit TDN's towards Franklin St, and another terminal
for System 'C', which is used to 'see' what's coming through South
Kensington & Nth Melbourne Jct.

Kensington also has a VT220 terminal.

Does West Tower have one?
