Has anyone seen Doggy on Sydney trains?

Description:
white male
overweight
wears glasses

not in his right mind
he makes doggy noises like barking and growling
he also is a doggies supporter and has been known to say "go the doggies"
his attire is bulldogs shirt..


Anyone know of him? He is a real character and can get an entire carriage
laughing. Tonight even the police were laughing as they strolled down the
train...
