Might be ok on The Ghan, where there is one state and one territory whos
gambling laws have to be complied with. The Indian Pacific might be a
problem though, where there are two extra states (compared with The Ghan).

What was the situation with this car anyway? Was it accessibel to the whole
train, sleeping car passengers or First Class passengers only?
