Don't get too excited about the possibility of this happening.  Have a look at
the following graphic - it is the logo for Transport SA - the State Department
of Transport as published on their web site.

I think you'll agree that any State whose Transport department has a logo like
that is not likely to be fuding any rail development.

Also, if you nose around the site long enough you might find the rail section,
and have a look at the header photo - honestly, its a 100 years old pre-Webb era
steam loco!  What a bunch of whackers!
