Windows 2000's "Command Prompt" now runs in the Kernel mode (former "blue
screen") style interface, and you can actuaully access that command prompt
from a special troubleshooting boot up menu.
The commands provided by this command prompt are slightly different from the
Windows NT ones (i'm referring to WinNT 4.0)
