Country will be the biggest hit for sure. QR/GSR will have no effect since
the market aim differently.

V/line ? no effect.

Unless there is a operator willing to operate luxury sleeper service between
Brisbane and Sydney and Sydney and Melbourne with convinent /competitive
timing plus reasonable fare.
