Yeah!

It would be good! JR Central have the best reputation amoung Japanese
railway companies

They introduced fancy looking trains to attract passengers. Luxury and
comfortable InterUrban trains(some with double deck) with TV onboard  (think
about it, what if this is on V set or IMU or Sprinter?).

Reduce the price of ticket make more competitive with cars and buses.
Ordered mroe trains and better signalling to reduce gap between trains
during peak hours hence reduce overcrowd problem.
