Yes, you've told us that 100 times. What you haven't told us is any
convincing reason why these differences are relevant to the metcard
validation issue - or if they are, why simple steps could not be taken
to get around the alleged difficulties, e.g. simply installing more
validators.

Extremely unsatisfactory if true (and certainly contrary to my
observations), but a far cry from the vastly higher proportions which
have been alleged to apply to Melbourne trams.
