Thats nice, means you probably kept copies of the rule book as well.
Look up the section under "passing of signals at stop."

Regardless of what the Penrith Signaller said (he wasn't there like the
driver was), and regardless of the outcome of the findings - (as no-one
would face criminal charges from their testimonies, the truth could be
heard with recrimination), the speed of the inter-urban was still
excessive for the passing of a RED signal.

Red is the internationally accepted color for DANGER.

and the fact that the InterUrban hit another train was indication that
the train was travelling too fast.

Too late to apologise to those who are no longer with us as a result.
