        No. Classical lines are either 1500 V CC or 25 kV 50 Hz,
depending on when they where electrified. Paris-Lyon was one of the
firts electrified line, so it is 1500 V CC. However, every electric
lines in northern France are 25 kV 50 Hz. ANd the first TGV ran under
25 kV catenary, eg. in Grenoble, or between Marseilles and Nice (all
on classical lines).

Eurostar is 3 or 4 current : 3000 V CC for Belgium, 750 V CC thrid
rail for Kent and 25 kV 50 Hz for high speed lines and london
approach. Some are also 1500 V CC for the Alps (Bourg-St Maurice) in
winter.
