The simple question is Dave. Will you qualify your statement?
viz: "Management treat the staff like crap, so morale is low, so
that is reflected in the way they treat the passengers."
As I said, that is one hell of a statement to make.
( I am sure that many rail employees 'treat their staff well and
are proud to. You imply that they treat the passenger like crap)
