No doubt he's jumped on the bandwaggon from the National Party Group headed
up by Peter Nixon, ex Federal Transport Minister - this group sees wheel on
rail technology is obsolete and the future is maglev - ignoring that maglev
is too costly and unproven, and that Germany itself has abandoned the idea.
Thought Robert Gottlestop (as Mike Carlton used to call him) was more
astute.
