VIC No police on trains

I just found out that during the WTO conference in Melbourne in
September that all Transit Police will be transferred to other duties,
thus leaving the trains bereft of any police. So if you want to bash or
rob anyone then thats the time. So much for the arguement that having
Victoria Police replace the Transit Patrol would be in everyones best
interests.
