Passenger service return to Whyalla?

No need to ask GSR,  GSR trains are mostly sleepers, they don't own loco
themself either, it would be hard to get start up. Why not ask <Bluebird
Engineer>? Bluebird have plenty of spare Bluebird railcars (and 2/3 Budd
railcar IIRC). Bluebird  refurbished most of the railcars and most are in
excellent condition, besides, railcar have higher acceleration then loco
haul trains.

Whyalla and Broken Hill might be easy to restate passenger service, whereas
Victor Harbor and Mt Gambier also have potential for passenger service are
unfortuantely lost connection with BG.
