Rob,
Try the State Library of Victoria. There is a microfiche collection of
signalling and track diagrams dating from the 60's and 70's for much of
Victoria, however when trying to look for this around a month ago, my
attempts were unsuccessful. I did however find this collection 12 months
ago and obtained a copy of a signalling and track diagram for Kensington,
mainly for what will be my model railway layout in the future.
The State Library have an online catalogue, so it might be wise to search
before going in. If you can't find it, a member of staff there may be able
to assist.
