 Joy Baluch , has been the Mayor of Port Augusta for
over 10 years , she has a job of mammoth proportions
as do the trains which have to traverse half mad doped up
kids trying to commit suicide , train surfing is a another name for,
crazy idiots would better describe these fools, Baluck
is doing a job no one else wants and she can keep it.
